The Cliffrose Project is a 45MWac photovoltaic power plant located in Mohave County, AZ, and supplies power to UNS Energy under a 23-year Power Purchase Agreement.
Initial development work began in late-2012 and the project is expected to achieve commercial operation in Q4 2017. The plant uses polycrystalline photovoltaic modules and single axis trackers to generate ~147 GWh per year, enough electricity to power ~13,600 homes.
The identity of the project owner is not currently public information.
